Please include a completed and signed 2012 Standard Athlete's Entry Formwith mail-in entries. Entries received after August 14th will pay an additional $30. Online entries will be accepted until August 30th at 2pm. Please make checks payable to App. Gap. Field minimum is 35 for all stage-race categories. Promoter reserves the right to reduce prize list or cancel event if field minimums are not met. No Refunds.
